Another view of the backyard, reverse of the view below - STANDING in the Northeastern corner of the property - Note the doorway that I was standing in top center, it enters into the family room. The large window to it's right looks into the living room, and the next window to the right looks into the 3rd bedroom (which will be our 'guest room'). There is one more window to the right (out of view) that looks into the 2nd bedroom (which will be Keegan's room)

The other part of the house (Keegan's bedroom window) and along the North end of the house/property.

Entry - Walking in the front door of the house. Large coat closet. Paper on the floor is protecting the new carpeting!

Turn to the right as you enter the front door and you will be in the kitchen. Newer flooring and light fixtures... but nearly everything else needs some updating!! There is room for stools at the counter/penisula and even cupboard access from the otherside as well. Walk through the dining area through bifold doors into the family room (ahead) or through the dining area and into the living room (to the left).

Dining area from the access to the living room (you can see just a tiny bit of the doorway into the family room on the left) and kitchen cabinets on the right. Note the BEAUTIFUL gold glass window! It's that old bottle bottom like glass pattern, can't see through it - but it lets in light. It will be on our list of things to replace along with all the other windows in the house sometime....

Stepping into the Family room and backing into the Laundry room, looking into the family room. NICE brick fireplace. More NOT so nice paneling. Ok, it's not THAT bad! LOL! Looks out into backyard patio.

2 Car Garage, with LOTS of extra storage space. Shelving like CRAZY and extra space along each side for MAN STUFF. ;) Keegan TRIED to get into this picture too. You can see the door into the house/laundry/family room.

Back in the house here. Standing in the dining area, looking into the living room. BIG window.

Another view of the living room. From the hall/entry. Fireplace is a 'pass-thru' fireplace, shared with the Family room. We plan to put in either a 'pass-thru' gas insert, or a gas log option. Either way - good bye messy wood!! ;) New carpet... you can see the brown paper they put down to protect it from visitor's tracks.

Main bathroom (first door on the left down the hall). The bathrooms REALLY need some updating. BUT they are quite functional and livable for now...

SORRY! Really dark here --- just wanted to show that there is a window in the master bath. ;)
